Bio: Brad has worked with Rockford Engineered Components, Inc. for 3 years building a wealth of knowledge in the Powertrain industry. Before joining RECI Brad owned and operated a successful independent insurance agency. Brad’s experiences with his insurance agency have allowed him to cultivate fantastic customer service and management skills which he offers to his RECI clients on a daily basis.

Bio: Rich LaBuda is a sales professional with over twenty five years experience selling drive shafts and axles to the automotive aftermarket. His experience goes back to actually building drive shafts for cars and trucks at what is known today as “Drive Shaft Shops”. He most recently was worked Vice President Sales of a 50 million dollar CV Axle manufacturer and importer, where he traveled the world calling on customers and suppliers. You’ll find him very easy to talk with and very knowledgeable about CV Joints and drive shafts.

Bio: Tony has over 30 years of off-highway and on-highway power train and power system sales, marketing, and engineering experience. Former Sales manager for GKN and Certified Power, both industry leaders in power train systems and components. Received a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from Marquette University.

Bio: Alex recently graduated from University of Wisconsin – Platteville with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with three emphases in Supply Chain, Human Resources, and General Management. His working knowledge of IT related functions as well as his studies in supply chain and procurement play a crucial role in RECI’s operations.
